Guidelines for Poster Preparation
1. The poster should be prepared and printed in a 'Portrait Format' with the following dimensions [Height: 42 inch (106.7 cm) and Width: 36 inch (90 cm)] keeping around 1 inch margins/borders on each side of the poster.
2. As a general guideline, please make the poster self-explanatory, even in the absence of the author. It is suggested to divide the contents of each poster mainly into introduction, results and conclusions/summary. The poster should be legible from a distance of 2-3 meters. Therefore, please maintain a legible font and size. Please use colors, symbols and schemes for clarity.
3. The posters will be numbered according to the list of posters in the abstract book and poster number will be mounted by the organizers on top of the poster board.
4. The author's name and address and the title of the poster should be indicated on the top section of the poster.
5. The author has to take responsibility to fix the poster on the board provided and should remove them as per instruction.
6. Material for attaching the posters and illustrations (double-sided tapes or pins) will be supplied by the organizers.
7. Writing or painting on the poster board is not allowed.
